- Christianity started in the Middle East as a fellowship; it moved to Greece and became a philosophy; it moved to Italy and became an institution; it moved to Europe and became a culture; it came to America and became an enterprise, and when a fellowship changes into an enterprise, it becomes a prostitute.

Ugh!
I’m 2/3 through the “prosperity-hypnosis” video. It’s sickening.
I “just happened” to be in Haggai 2, where Yahweh says to Israel “I will fill this house with glory, Mine is the silver, Mine is the gold.”
How sad that people don’t trust God to bring true prosperity (spiritually), along with material provision, but without manipulation, Baal-esque monotony, etc.
