hat tip to Defending Contending:
The following quote comes from a great article by Randy Lovegreen regarding a recent episode of Glenn Beck’s T.V. program in which Beck brazenly advanced a Mormon fallacy:
Beck is using his show to break the ice for Mormon theology, and promoting a worldview that supports the beliefs of his church. His hour long infomercial for Mormon history only makes it easier for those well groomed young men on bicycles to strike up a conversation, and lead folks astray. . . . As Christians, we must constantly be on guard against anything which may seek to corrupt our faith. This includes charming conservative talk show hosts, even if they are on Fox News.

This is a disaster in the making for Christians to follow this pied piper. It shows that we are still searching for a leader while rejecting Christ as our head.
It reminded me of when Louis Farrakhan called a meeting in DC and all the Christian pastors who flocked to be with him for “community empowerment”.
Beck just came out and said he doesnt think homosexual marriages are all that bad. As if his cultic religious beliefs werent enough already.
Yes it is! I turned on c-span for a little while to see Glenn Beck’s Rally in D.C. just out of curiosity of what was being said and I was horrified to see him up there pushing Mormon Theology!
And Conservative Evangelical Christians in their hundreds of thousands standing there enthralled with everything he had to say, and then actually joining in prayer with him as a so called Evangelical Christian Paster prayed!
WHAT are these people thinking about?
I truly believe that a strong delusion has overtaken the vast majority of conservative Christianity! They are placing their Faith & trust not in God & The Bible but in a false “White Horse” leader and American Dominionist ideology!
John, I didnt even watch.
This is more of that diaprax ideology. Its everywhere. Dropping the essentials of our faith in order to become united and reach common shared goals.
Not so.
