 is to an article on the website of an Assembly of God Pastor the article is about ex-President Jimmy Carter This pastor is part of the Willow Creek / Bill Hybels Apostasy movement. Every year Willow Creek has what is billed as a Leadership Summit. This Summit is attended by thousands and is also beamed by satellite to thousands of Churches around the world including many Assembly of God Churches.

The problem with the Willow Creek Leadership summit is they bring in secular non-Christian and apostate Christian leaders to give lectures to “Christian Ministers” and “Christian Leaders” on how to be “Good Leaders” and Church Growth Techniques using  Business and Government,  Management, Marketing and Team Building Techniques!

To Bill Hybels, the Senior Pastor of Willow Creek it doesn’t matter if these leaders have views that are either diametrically opposed to the Word of God or if they are Apostate Christians and don’t actually believe all of the Bible. To him they are still good Leadership examples that have to be heard!

This year Bill Hybels invited ex-President Jimmy Carter to speak at the leadership summit. President Carter is infamous for his anti-Israel views, for his apologetic stance for Arab Terrorist Groups like Hamas! And for the writing of a Book Titled “Peace Not Apartheid” which vilified Israel comparing them to an apartheid regime. the book was also slammed by many major Middle East Scholars, some Nobel Prize winners, and also many advisors to President Carters own foundation for having falsified facts, and for having presented a personally biased view of the situation in the Middle East!

Not to mention that President Carters apostate views of Christianity namely: He detracts from the deity of Christ, questions the substitutionary atonement of Christ, believes that the Trinity ‘isn’t actually real’ and questions the existence of a place called ‘hell’!

When Assembly of God Churches and ministers begin to align themselves with groups like Willow Creek and Bill Hybels who blatantly choose to ignore the extreme views of people such as President Carter and lift them up as good leadership examples then watch out folks for you are beginning to see a denomination headed into apostasy and the false Anti-Christ Church, which is the same direction as Churches such as the Episcopal Church which ordains Gay Bishops. And Churches like the Evangelical Lutheran Church which just passed a resolution allowing practicing Gay Men to be Ministers in their denomination.

Lastly even though many Assembly of God Churches and Pastors are notdirectly aligned with or identify themselves with the Willow Creek Leadership or Church growth model, they still purchase and use teaching material from Willow Creek Publications.

Apostates Depraved and Doomed

These are spots in your love feasts, while they feast with you without fear, serving only themselves. They are clouds without water, carried about by the winds; late autumn trees without fruit, twice dead, pulled up by the roots; raging waves of the sea, foaming up their own shame; wandering stars for whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever.
Now Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about these men also, saying, “Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of His saints,  to execute judgment on all, to convict all who are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have committed in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.”

Apostates Predicted

These are grumblers, complainers, walking according to their own lusts; and they mouth great swelling words, flattering people to gain advantage. But you, beloved, remember the words which were spoken before by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ: how they told you that there would be mockers in the last time who would walk according to their own ungodly lusts. These are sensual persons, who cause divisions, not having the Spirit.    

It is said that Bill Hybels next inspiring “Leader” he is going to invite to the Willow Creek Leadership Summit next year is Gary Benedict, the President of the Christian & Missionary Alliance Church who just signed a letter to President Bush along with 33 other leading Evangelicals which is a blueprint for how to carve up the Land of Israel in order to create a Palestinian State. After all, John Ortberg, a former Willowcreek teaching pastor had already signed an earlier treasonous letter which agrees with Jimmy Carter’s sellout of the Nation of Israel.
