on this July 4th If the people of this nation who call themselves Christians would recognize their sin, repent, ask for forgiveness and then actually live like Christians then this nation would not be in the dire condition it is now. And we would not have a leader that was sent as a reproach instead of a blessing!
On this day, I mourn for where we are at as a nation and where we are headed. And I pray that God would open the hearts of the people to turn from their evil ways and seek his face!
2 Chronicles 7:14:
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
