Some once said, “Truth has been slain to provide a feast for unity.” Never has this been more true than today. There have been some dark times of persecution and suppression of righteousness in the past and we believe history is getting ready to repeat itself. The true people of God need to prepare themselves. We are surrounded by superabundant wickedness in the secular world—specious ministries, epidemic hypocrisy, complacency, lethargy, and apathy in the religious realm. This is not the time for true Christians to ignore prophetic warnings, but a time to be alert, on guard, and ready to defend our faith, witness, testimony, and God’s Word.

Has acts 4:18 come to America? Richmond VA state police Col. Flaherty asked the chaplains to offer only nondenominational prayers at public events, such as trooper graduations and annual memorial services. He said he was acting in response to a recent 4th Circuit Court of Appeals decision that dealt with sectarian prayers offered at meetings of the Fredericksburg City Council.
He said chaplains whose beliefs conflict with the request could opt out of participating in such events. Nondenominational simply put means you can pray to God, as long as you don’t say what God. And furthermore forbids any mention of Jesus Christ! They’ve already censored the words in “Jesus name” from the prayers said at government meetings. We poke fun at the political correctness police but apparently they are real police, and they’re living in Virginia. All of the State Police’s 17 chaplains were told not to invoke the name Jesus during public prayer, six of the 17 chaplains resigned on the spot. My question is why didn’t all the chaplains resign! The P.C. slogan for religion is that there is one God and many paths that lead to him. (and that’s taken strait from the interview between Ophera and Obamma.) The bible says in 1 Tim. 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. And furthermore Christ himself said in Joh 14:6 “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. There’s little hope sadly that this policy in Virginia will be overturned, Governor Tim Kaine says he did not order the directive. But, he supports it.
“I’m a very devout Christian, a very devout Christian and Catholic. I would never do anything to inhibit any body’s religious worship,” says Gov. Kaine. “It doesn’t diminish my ability to worship my God, to pray to the Father or the Lord without mentioning Jesus Christ.” Gov Kaine you are a heathen And a liar! And shame on you for using the name of Christ: saying you are a devout Christian and behaving like an infidel! and don’t you dare bring the Catholic church into your debased opinions. the Catholic church is a Christian church and if you went there to worship as you say you do you would know that they pray in the name of the father, the son and the holy ghost in Jesus name! the six chaplains who resigned have our support and our prayers. I hope that there would be such an out cry of disapproval from the people of VA that policies such as these will soon be thrown out and people who institute unconstitutional violations, which by the way is borderline infringement of these priest’s 1st amendment rights will be run out of office. But we need action and to get action people need to be informed so please email this story to anyone who is concerned about the rights of free speech and the persecution of Christians in America. Remember giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Perry Allen sign of the times http://www.typology.us
