I remember hearing and getting poisoned by the idea that Jesus wil save you and your life will get better, not Jesus will save you and a result is ostracization and persecution, which is DEFINTELY a reality if you truly follow Him, it cannot help but happen becuz your life and closeness to God will convict others and they will try to rid you from their space as the Pharisees tried to do to Jesus! They will call you religious and probably unrealistic and probably a fanatic and not a team player and on and on. This is the real difficulty and does happen when you get closer to Him and do not compromise and I do NOT mean by intolerance and impatinece with sinners and their irritating ways!! lolol.

At least not in a way it would count to God. They could get saved to a local church and still not make it to heaven. This is the worst kind of deception and smacks of the hand of Satan. He has found a new way of circumventing God’s plan of salvation.
