I think not. The serious problem with arguments like the one that Billy Graham makes in this video is this: He presupposes that people who seek after the Truth will remain in their false religions and be satisfied with any scraps of truth that they may contain. However this kind of rationality is not Biblically based. It denies the argument that Paul makes in Romans Chapter 1:18-23
For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. Professing to be wise, they became fools, and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man—and birds and four-footed animals and creeping things.
His argument also contradicts what the Word of God tells us about Abraham. God called Abraham out to separate him and to reveal to him the truth. If a person genuinely seeks after truth, God will point him to more truth and enlighten his mind. Anyone today who seeks after truth, God will point towards Christ and the Word of God. He will do what is necessary to make it available to them.
Other Religions do not point men towards God, how can they? These other Religions darken men’s hearts they do not enlighten them!
