If it is true that this man of God made such comments, then i am more than disappointed. As loving as Jesus Christ was, he still openly condemned some hypocritical acts of the pharisees in his day. So why cant the preachers of today boldly call homosexuality what it really is, which is sin?

Just to keep things straight. According to Paul you should be judging your brethren in Christ and keep the flock clean by disassociating yourselves from those who call them themselves Christians and yet live in sin. See this scripture below and don’t mince any words with the meaning please.
He clearly states that God will Judge those on the outside, not christians.

1 Cor. 5:9

In my letter to you I told you not to associate with people who continue to commit sexual sins. 10 I didn’t tell you that you could not have any contact with unbelievers who commit sexual sins, are greedy, are dishonest, or worship false gods. If that were the case, you would have to leave this world. 11 Now, what I meant was that you should not associate with people who call themselves brothers or sisters in the Christian faith but live in sexual sin, are greedy, worship false gods, use abusive language, get drunk, or are dishonest. Don’t eat with such people. 12 After all, do I have any business judging those who are outside the Christian faith? Isn’t it your business to judge those who are inside? 13 God will judge those who are outside. Remove that wicked man from among you.

Its really, really sad to have to report things like this especially when they are coming from the mouths of men we have previously respected. But we are on a free fall into apostasy and we must warn others not to accept teachings from anyone if they do not agree with God’s word.

Its just that simple. I will say that it isnt necessarily new. The apostles battled the same thing in their time. 2 Peter 2:1-3

Again, this is sad but I have learned not to run after every shooting star on the church horizon and follow every wind and doctrine because it sounds good or is momentarily popular. Or be swayed by the vain philosophy of some who claim to be speaking for Christ. There is only one thing that will stand and that is God’s word. My safety and security is in knowing that it will guide me into his presence one day.

This makes me sick! Homosexuals shall not inherit the kingdom of heaven. It’s in the Bible, someone please slap him for me. If your message isn’t offensive, then it’s not from the heart of God. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 – Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders 10nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.
